First snow

November has just started and it arrived with a beautiful surprise- the first snow. I love the fact that winter is coming. Streets, trees and buildings are covered in a magic wand which makes everything look so pure and powdery.





 

Last Friday I went to the show "Kings on ice" were world-known figure skaters such as Florent Amodio, Evgeni Plushenko, Adelina Sotnikova and Brian Joubert (my idol) were performing. It was magical to see these stars by my own eyes as I have followed the world of ice-skating since my childhood (I used to practice this sport with my sister in the good old days and then changed dancing on the ice to ballroom dances and contemporary dance afterwards).

Winter is finally here and it is the perfect time for taking your pair of ice-skates, stepping on the ice and enjoying this beautiful sport. It was great to spend some quality time with my sister and doing some two-foot spins and other figure-skating elements which I still remember form my childhood days when I practised this winter sport. Do you like ice skating?

Weekend on the ice

As the title reveals it, I went ice-skating this weekend. It is one of my favorite winter sports. When I was little, I was a figure skater too. So I try to go ice-skating as much as possible in order not to loose my skills, to meet my friends and simply to have fun. I can`t wait to return to the skating rink ;)
